The DISTINCT team learned this building and operating MLB Advanced Media into the company that defined live consumer technology. Disney later acquired it as the backbone of Disney+. Twenty years of capturing the highest-value moments in live entertainment taught us one thing: the consumer is always telling you who they are. The question is whether you’re listening.

Jimmy McCloud

Jimmy McCloud

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Jimmy McCloud is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of DISTINCT Technologies. He previously served as Executive Vice President of National Partnership Sales at Audacy, where he sat on the Operating Committee that guided the $2.4 billion acquisition of CBS Radio. Earlier, he served as Group Director of Sponsorship Sales at Major League Baseball and its technology company, MLB Advanced Media, closing more than $1 billion in partnership revenue across both roles. He earned an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, a Masters in Sports Management from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross.

Joe Choti

Joe Choti

Chief Technology Officer

Joe Choti is the Chief Technology Officer of DISTINCT Technologies. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Tickets.com and as Chief Technology Officer of MLB Advanced Media, where he built the live data infrastructure that became BAMTech and was acquired by The Walt Disney Company. Choti has spent his career constructing scalable platforms at the intersection of live events and data.

Pedro Moya

Pedro Moya

Chief Operating Officer

Pedro Moya is the Chief Operating Officer of DISTINCT Technologies. He spent 15 years at Google, most recently running a $2.5 billion business and advising C-level executives on sales and marketing strategy. A graduate of West Point and the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, he began his career as an Officer in the United States Army.

Andrew Patterson

Chief Product Officer

Andrew Patterson is the Chief Product Officer of DISTINCT Technologies. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Jomboy Media and held senior strategy and partnership roles at Greenfly and MLB Advanced Media. Patterson is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Matthew Gould

Matthew Gould

Head of Marketing & Operations

Matthew Gould is the Head of Marketing and Operations at DISTINCT Technologies. He previously served as Vice President of Corporate Communications at MLB Advanced Media, which spun off as BAMTech before its acquisition by The Walt Disney Company. He brings more than two decades of technology communications, brand strategy, and operations leadership to DISTINCT. Gould holds an MA from Seton Hall University.

Matt Farrell

Vice President, Sales

Matt Farrell is the Vice President of Sales at DISTINCT Technologies. He joined DISTINCT from the National Hockey League, where he sold corporate partnerships, with prior experience at Audacy and Major League Baseball. Farrell holds a JD from the University of Miami School of Law.

Shannon O’Rourke

Director, Enterprise Operations & Customer Success

Shannon O’Rourke is the Director of Enterprise Operations and Customer Success at DISTINCT Technologies. She previously worked at JP Morgan Chase where she led product management and compliance for Zelle, the bank’s consumer peer-to-peer payments platform.

Seth Lutsky

Seth Lutsky

Creative Director

Seth Lutsky is the Creative Director of DISTINCT Technologies. He spent more than eight years in the Content Design department at MLB Advanced Media, leading creative work across league-wide and partnership campaigns. His earlier design work includes projects with HBO.
